Team 300 is built for 16U athletes who want more. Through professional-level individualized development and competitive tournament play, we prepare complete players to compete confidently at the next level.
To be the premier 16U softball program in Florida, known for developing skilled athletes with strong fundamentals, mental toughness, and the confidence to compete at the highest levels.
Our approach is built on communication and transparency. Every tournament has a purpose. Athletes receive individualized preparation beforehand, coaching and adjustments during games, and clear feedback afterward. Parents are never left guessing—you'll know what your athlete is working on, why it matters, and how it supports their development and confidence moving forward.

On the Field
We prioritize individualized development during live game play — every athlete receives personalized coaching and actionable feedback in real time.
A Pre-Tournament Development Clinic is held before each event, introducing athletes to advanced techniques and setting them up to compete with full confidence.
MLB-Credentialed Coach: A former professional baseball player with experience in the Washington Nationals and California Angels organizations.
Collegiate Pitching Coach: A current collegiate athlete serving as our private pitching coach, delivering advanced training at every session.
